Massachusetts Funding
Your team’s training may be fully funded.
Massachusetts employers pay into the Workforce Training Fund through unemployment insurance. CRAVE is an approved course in the fund’s Express Program, so companies with 100 or fewer employees may qualify for up to 100% reimbursement. We walk you through the application.
Two ways to fund CRAVE.
Smaller companies usually start with Express. Larger companies, or anyone building a longer program, can apply through the General Program.

Common questions
Does my company pay into the Workforce Training Fund?
Most Massachusetts for-profit employers do, through their unemployment insurance contributions. You’ll need a current Certificate of Compliance from the Department of Unemployment Assistance to apply, and we’ll show you how to request one.
Which CRAVE courses are approved?
Two courses are listed in the Express Program directory: CRAVE (course C-15595) and the CRAVE Leadership Intensive: Communication, Decisions, and Follow Through (course C-16599).
How does payment work?
The Express Program is a reimbursement. Your company pays for the training, then submits the reimbursement form with the trainee list, the invoice, and proof of payment.
Can we use it more than once?
Yes. Express funding resets every calendar year, up to $15,000 per company, and the General Program can fund a larger, multi-layer program alongside it.
Program details from Commonwealth Corporation, current as of October 2026. The program makes the final eligibility and approval decisions. Read the Express Program guidelines (opens in a new tab)
“We brought CRAVE into our organization just after winning a major deal… CRAVE helped us identify where the plan would challenge us, recognize when pressure was shaping our responses, and prepare for moments we knew were coming. Most importantly, it helped us respond with intention instead of reacting under pressure.”
