These terms explain the rules that apply when you visit the CRAVE website, contact us, create an account, purchase an offering, or participate in a CRAVE experience.

Effective August 23, 2026

CRAVE is a human-skills training framework owned and operated by Simple Healthy Life LLC. These terms protect participants, organizational clients, our training materials, and the integrity of the CRAVE experience.

Organizational engagements are also governed by their signed agreements. Individual purchases are governed by these terms and the material terms displayed at checkout.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Simple Healthy Life LLC, the owner and operator of CRAVE and www.simplehealthylife.com.

By accessing the website, submitting information, creating an account, purchasing an offering, or participating in a CRAVE experience, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the affected website or service.

If you accept these terms for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that situation, “you” includes the organization where the context requires.

2. Eligibility and minors

Website forms, accounts, online purchases, and the individual CRAVE course experience are intended for people age 13 and older.

If you are between 13 and 17, you may use these services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian should complete the purchase, review these terms, and take responsibility for the minor’s participation and conduct.

Services involving a child under 13 must be arranged by a parent, legal guardian, school, or organization through a separate process approved by Simple Healthy Life LLC. A child under 13 may not directly submit a public form, create an account, join a waitlist, or purchase an offering.

We may request reasonable age, identity, authority, or guardian verification when necessary.

3. CRAVE offerings

CRAVE offerings may include keynotes, half-day and full-day workshops, Gap Training, New Leader Training, sales leadership and sales enablement, multiweek organizational programs, workbooks, tools, exercises, digital materials, the individual self-paced experience, and trainer conversations.

The content, format, schedule, facilitator, access period, included materials, and price of an offering are those described in the applicable signed agreement, proposal, order form, registration page, or checkout page.

We may improve or update an offering while preserving its essential purpose. We will not materially reduce a purchased offering without an appropriate remedy where required by the applicable agreement or law.

4. Organizational engagements

An organizational engagement is governed by the proposal, statement of work, order form, service agreement, or other written agreement accepted by Simple Healthy Life LLC and the client. That agreement may address fees, deposits, payment dates, scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, travel, participant numbers, deliverables, recordings, confidentiality, materials, and permitted organizational use.

If an organizational agreement conflicts with these Terms of Use, the organizational agreement controls for that engagement.

Dates are not reserved until the requirements stated in the organizational agreement, including any signature and deposit requirements, have been completed. Rescheduling is subject to facilitator availability and the applicable agreement.

Unless a signed agreement expressly permits it, an organization may not record a CRAVE session, reproduce the program, distribute materials beyond authorized participants, train facilitators from the materials, or incorporate CRAVE content into its own training product.

5. Accounts and account security

You must provide accurate information, keep it reasonably current, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your account is personal to you unless an organizational agreement expressly provides otherwise.

You may not share, sell, transfer, or make your login available to another person. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.

Notify us promptly at mj@simplehealthylife.com if you believe an account or credential has been accessed without permission. We may require a password reset or take other reasonable security measures.

6. Individual purchases and course access

The individual CRAVE experience is a self-paced training offering. The registration or checkout page will identify the included content, price, access period, and any included trainer conversation before purchase.

A purchase includes access for the period displayed at checkout. Unless another period is clearly stated before purchase, access will be provided for no less than 12 months from the date access begins.

Access is licensed to the purchaser and is not transferable. Course access may depend on a third-party platform, Internet access, a supported browser or device, and compliance with these terms.

Complete and download any permitted personal materials before the access period ends. An access period is not a promise that every platform, video, exercise, or feature will remain unchanged.

7. Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices and payment terms are displayed at checkout or stated in the applicable organizational agreement. You authorize the approved payment provider to charge the payment method you select for the amount and schedule disclosed before you confirm the purchase.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and accurate billing information unless the checkout or agreement states that they are included.

We do not intentionally store complete payment-card or bank-account details. Those details are processed by the payment provider under its terms and privacy policy.

If we offer a recurring subscription or automatic renewal in the future, the renewal amount, frequency, timing, cancellation method, and other material terms must be clearly disclosed before enrollment. We will obtain the authorization and provide the cancellation method required by applicable law. No offering renews automatically unless checkout clearly says that it does.

8. Individual-course refund policy

You may request a refund for an individual CRAVE course purchase within 30 calendar days after purchase.

To request a refund, email mj@simplehealthylife.com with the subject “Refund Request” and include the purchaser’s name, account email, and purchase date. We may verify the purchase and its payment status before deciding the request.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

We will fairly correct duplicate charges, unauthorized charges for which you are not responsible, and confirmed failures that prevent us from providing the purchased offering. Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

Organizational cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are stated in the applicable organizational agreement and are not governed by this individual-course refund policy.

9. Trainer conversations

If an offering includes a 30-minute conversation with a CRAVE-approved trainer, the conversation must be scheduled and completed during the applicable course-access period and is subject to trainer availability.

The conversation is personal to the participant, is not transferable, has no separate cash value, and is intended for CRAVE training and application. It is not therapy, crisis support, medical care, or another licensed professional service.

Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A missed appointment or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as used, except when Simple Healthy Life LLC allows another appointment because of an emergency or other circumstances in its reasonable discretion.

10. Ownership of CRAVE and website materials

CRAVE, Gap Training, course videos, presentations, workbooks, exercises, tools, graphics, written copy, recordings, designs, methods of presentation, and other original materials are owned by Simple Healthy Life LLC, licensed to it, or used with permission. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Purchasing access to an offering or receiving a physical or digital copy does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

“CRAVE,” associated names, logos, taglines, and visual identifiers may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, certification, affiliation, or approval without prior written permission.

11. Your limited license

Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, an individual purchaser receives a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to access the purchased experience during the stated access period and to use permitted materials for personal participation and development.

You may download or print one working copy of materials that the course makes available for download, complete and reuse the exercises for your own development, and retain your completed personal materials for reference.

Unless a signed organizational agreement or written permission expressly allows it, you may not:

  1. Share an account, video, workbook, exercise, tool, download, or recording with another person.
  2. Copy, publish, upload, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or publicly display CRAVE materials.
  3. Record a presentation, workshop, trainer conversation, or course video.
  4. Modify the materials to create a derivative training, coaching, consulting, or commercial product.
  5. Use the materials to teach, facilitate, certify, coach, or train other people.
  6. Remove ownership notices, CRAVE branding, or attribution.
  7. Claim authorship, certification, endorsement, or facilitator status.
  8. Use CRAVE materials to develop or operate a competing program.
  9. Upload CRAVE materials into a public database, shared content repository, or artificial-intelligence training system.
  10. Circumvent access controls, download restrictions, or platform security.

An organization receives only the license and usage rights expressly stated in its signed agreement.

12. Your submissions, exercises, and feedback

You retain ownership of original information you submit through a form, account, exercise, or communication. You give Simple Healthy Life LLC a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and use that information as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain records, protect security, and comply with law, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to provide, another person’s confidential information without authority, illegal material, malicious code, or highly sensitive information that we have not specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions or general feedback about CRAVE, we may use the feedback to improve our offerings without payment or attribution, provided we do not publicly identify you or disclose your confidential personal information without permission.

Testimonials, names, photographs, recordings, logos, and identifiable organizational stories will be used publicly only with the permission or agreement reasonably required for that use.

13. Acceptable use

You may not use the website, an account, or a CRAVE service to:

  1. Violate law or another person’s rights.
  2. Harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, or harm another person.
  3. Introduce malware, scrape protected content, probe security, or interfere with operation.
  4. Attempt to access another person’s account or restricted material.
  5. Submit false payment, identity, enrollment, or authority information.
  6. Use automated systems to extract, reproduce, or republish substantial website or course content.
  7. Use CRAVE in a way that creates a false claim of certification, endorsement, clinical treatment, or guaranteed results.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable steps to protect participants, systems, materials, and legal rights.

14. Educational purpose and professional-care disclaimer

CRAVE provides education, human-skills training, tools, guided practice, reflection, and opportunities for real-world application. Information is provided for general educational and training purposes.

CRAVE is not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical advice, diagnosis, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, employment advice, or a substitute for care or advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.

Do not delay or disregard appropriate professional care because of something presented through CRAVE. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource in your location.

15. No guaranteed outcomes

Human development depends on the participant, context, practice, decisions, support, and circumstances. Simple Healthy Life LLC does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, health, academic, athletic, sales, employment, leadership, cultural, retention, performance, or organizational result.

Examples, testimonials, and stories describe individual experiences and do not promise that another person or organization will achieve the same result.

You remain responsible for your decisions, conduct, implementation, and use of the training.

16. Third-party platforms, services, and links

The website and CRAVE offerings may use or link to third-party hosting, payment, course, scheduling, communication, video, analytics, or other services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Simple Healthy Life LLC does not control an outside service and is not responsible for its independent content or conduct. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law does not allow us to avoid.

17. Availability and changes

We work to provide reliable access, but website and course availability may be interrupted by maintenance, security needs, third-party outages, Internet conditions, emergencies, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update content, correct errors, improve exercises, change a platform, or replace a feature with a reasonably comparable alternative. If we cannot provide the essential benefit of a paid offering, we will provide the remedy required by the applicable agreement or law.

18. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, account sharing, misuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, material violation of these terms, or conduct that threatens another person or the integrity of CRAVE.

When practical and appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation. Immediate action may be taken for security, safety, fraud, unlawful conduct, or serious misuse.

You may stop using the service at any time. Ending use does not automatically create a refund or cancel an unpaid contractual obligation.

Provisions concerning payment, ownership, licenses, prohibited use, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other terms that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

19. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general free content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Simple Healthy Life LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement or required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error free, or free from every harmful component. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Simple Healthy Life LLC and its owners, facilitators, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption arising from or related to the website or an offering.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability arising from an individual paid offering will not exceed the amount you paid Simple Healthy Life LLC for that offering during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. For free website use, total liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

An organizational agreement may state a different limitation for that engagement. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including any liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Simple Healthy Life LLC and its owners, facilitators, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized distribution or commercial use of CRAVE materials, or material violation of these terms.

This provision does not require an individual consumer to indemnify Simple Healthy Life LLC for the company’s own unlawful conduct and applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law. An organizational agreement may contain different indemnification terms.

22. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except when the law where you live provides nonwaivable rights that must apply.

Before filing a claim, you and Simple Healthy Life LLC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by written notice and direct conversation. Send a notice to mj@simplehealthylife.com and describe the issue and requested resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Massachusetts, except where applicable law gives an individual consumer the right to bring a claim elsewhere. These terms do not require private arbitration and do not waive any right to participate in a class action.

23. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our website, services, platforms, or legal obligations change. We will post revised terms on this page and update the effective date.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Material terms of an existing purchase or signed organizational agreement will not be changed retroactively without the agreement or notice required by law.

24. General terms

These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the material terms displayed at checkout, and any applicable signed agreement form the agreement governing the relevant service.

If one provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account or rights without our written permission. We may assign these terms as part of a legitimate business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law.

Headings are for convenience and do not change meaning. Electronic acceptance and records may be used to the extent permitted by law.
